A. The initial consultation will last between 30-45 minutes and involves a couple of stationary test such as blood pressure, bmi and body fat as well as a brief chat looking into your exercise history, likes, dislikes and goals. The session is always nice and relaxed and gives you a good idea of where you are and how we can help you.

A. All types of people from those who have never really exercised or returning after a long break or injury, through to people who exercise regularly but have hit a plateau or individuals trying to improve their specific sports performance. Anyone and everyone who wants to improve their health and fitness.

A. Everyone is different so the level of results will vary greatly. However, if you are committed and put in the time and effort out of the sessions as well as during sessions then you will notice positive changes within weeks.

A. That is totally up to you, the more sessions you have the more effective the programme will be. The minimum is 1 session a week with a trainer, however you will be required to complete other sessions on your own during the rest of the week.

A. You do not need to have any equipment. All equipment that is required will be provided by the trainer. If you do happen to have any gym equipment that’s great as it will greatly aid you with sessions you complete without a trainer.

A. Personal training will not require a big space to workout in. The equipment can be used in most rooms, as long as there is space for you to stand, and lie down we should be alright. If you like being outdoors, that’s awesome as we will have even more space.

A. You will need to wear comfortable workout attire, and a pair of trainers.

A. Very simple. Either you can pay for your package in advance or we can set up a standing order in relation to the package.
